The Situation: Many potential customers view shipping by rail as too complicated. OmniTRAX was having a hard time convincing road shippers to become rail shippers.

The Solution: Teach people how to ship by rail. Educate them in the jargon and let them know of the perks, including considerable cost savings.



The Client: Candlelight Dinner Playhouse (working with Red Rocket Web Specialists)

The Situation: There are a thousand types of media people could be absorbing. Why should they choose live theater?

The Solution: Set the mood. Live theater is one of the oldest forms of entertainment in the world, but sometimes people need to be reminded why it’s so special.

The Situation: Let’s try something new!

The Solution: There’s certainly nothing wrong with getting most of your business through word-of-mouth. But Word Brew saw advertising opportunities that were being overlooked. The client was incredibly pleased with the concept, writing, and design (design by my art director/designer colleague Jeff Spencer)

The Situation: Help this new company distinguish themselves in the workout recovery market.

The Solution: Get into the mind of the customer, find the right tone. Convince them not only that the product works, but also that Battleberries are the obvious choice when compared to the competition.
